Driverseat Recruitment Agency (“the Company”) is committed to fair, transparent and ethical conduct, and we expect the same from all candidates, applicants, clients, partners, contractors and suppliers.
We undertake all our business in a manner that enhances the operation and reputation of the Company as commitment spans honesty, integrity, equity, fair practice, social responsibility and respect, as well as legal compliance. We uphold this Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance and place in our heart of the business.
We work in good faith for all
At all times, we will act in good faith to one another, to all candidates, applicants, clients, partners, contractors and suppliers.
We act ethically and honestly
Personal information is any information or an opinion (whether true or not) about you. It includes the opinions of others about your work performance (whether true or not), your work experience and qualifications, aptitude test results and other information obtained by us in connection with your possible work placements.
We comply and observe the law
We will comply with all applicable legal statutory and regulatory requirements including any relevant human rights, employment and immigration law and regulations relating to the provision of our services.
We do not accept bribery or gifts
We will not engage in any form of bribery or make any improper payments to influence the behaviour of any officials, organisations or individual for the purpose of acquiring any undue commercial advantage related in any way to Driverseat’s services adhering to New Zealand’s anti-bribery laws (Crimes Act) and the OECD Conventions that New Zealand is a signatory to.
We promote healthy and safe workplace
Driverseat is committed to achieving its vision for HSSE by striving to deliver the highest standards of health, safety, security and environmental performance for both our Clients and Candidates. We will promote the health of all people to prevent incidents and injuries of our Candidates so that everyone can return home unharmed.
